These terms govern your use of getmycarr.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
getmycarr is an online platform that lets sellers advertise vehicles and lets buyers find and contact them. We are an intermediary. We are not the seller, we do not own the vehicles listed, we do not inspect them, and we are not party to any sale. Any transaction is directly between the buyer and the seller.
Every listing, including its price, photographs, year, odometer reading, condition, ownership history and documentation, is supplied by the seller. We do not verify this information. We may remove a listing at our discretion, but we do not undertake to check any of it, and you should not treat a listing as a statement by us.
Before buying, inspect the vehicle, verify the registration certificate, insurance, pollution certificate, service history and any outstanding loan or hypothecation, and satisfy yourself as to the seller's title. Take a mechanic if you are unsure. We strongly recommend a test drive and an independent inspection. We cannot and do not guarantee the condition, legality, roadworthiness or ownership of any vehicle listed.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Listing is currently free. If we introduce charges we will say so clearly before you incur any, and you will be able to decline them.
When you ask to see a seller's contact details or book a test drive, your name and contact number are passed to that seller so they can respond. Arrangements you make with a seller, including any appointment, deposit or payment, are between you and them.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller, from the condition or description of any vehicle, from a seller failing to honour an appointment, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You keep ownership of listings, photographs and reviews you post, and you give us permission to display them on the site and in material promoting the site. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post.
We may change these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
